Overview

MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences [MSRUAS] is located in Bangalore, Karnataka and was established in 2013 . It was created in integration with MS Ramaiah College of Hotel Management, MS Ramaiah College of Pharmacy, MS Ramaiah Dental College and the MS Ramaiah Advanced Learning Centre. The University is focusing on designing their programmes on student-centric higher education to equip the students with both theoretical and practical knowledge which is expected by the industry and business.

MSRUAS is concentrating on Academic Studies, Academic Research, Training, Skill Development, Product Design & Development and Entrepreneurship Development. The students of the university get the opportunity to experience an integrated approach to academics, research, training, real-life problem solving and entrepreneurship

MSRUAS is a work committed university which is spread across 100 acres of land and accommodates 500 members of faculty and 8000 students in its campus. More highlights about the university are mentioned below:

The curriculum of the university has made innovation as its integral part to create opportunities to its students to think beyond the classroom learning, encouraging them to take part in competitive project work and apply their acquired skills in inventing solutions to problems relevant to national needs such as defence, space, health & nutrition, economy and the environment.

The skill programs are designed for aspiring professionals, fresh graduates for the upskilling and reskilling purpose of practising professionals from industry, business and academia.

Through subject experts, state of the art laboratories and faculty of the university, they deliver excellent training and learning courses. The University's competency centre offers industry-relevant training programmes to Graduates, Postgraduates and Working Professionals. MSRUAS Cut Off is set based on the Karnataka Common Entrance Exam (KCET). The University has established faculties in Engineering and Technology, Art and Design, Management and Commerce, Mathematical & Physical Sciences, Life and Allied Health Sciences, Dental Sciences, Pharmacy, and Hospitality Management & Catering Technology. These faculties offer different undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The University has all the modern amenities that make the students experience enjoyable and memorable.
