Overview

Founded in 2004, JaganNath Gupta Institute of Engineering and Technology (JNIT) is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It was established under the aegis of JaganNath Gupta Memorial Educational Society. JNIT Jaipur is a private institute which is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota. The institute was ranked 10 among the top private Engineering colleges in Northern India by the Week survey.

The campus of the institute has state-of-the-art infrastructure, including a well-stocked library of about 22,680 volumes of books, periodicals and reference material, fully Wi-Fi enabled campus and labs with the latest technology. It also houses hostel facilities separately for boys and girls with a total capacity of 300 students. JNIT Jaipur also has a spacious canteen to provide students with nutritious as well as hygienic food. To provide the students with an appropriate exposure, it conducts several seminars and workshops. The institute boasts many clubs such as SAC club, elite club and rotaract club in order to provide an overall development to the students and also organises several technical, cultural, social and sports events, namely industrial visits, talent hunt, indoor & outdoor games arena, camping, etc. It also facilitates personality growth of the students with the help of the Student Development Cell (SDA).
