History

Global College of Technology, (GCT) was founded in 2010 as the capacity expansion of GIT. The First shift offers a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Instrumentation, and Control Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering and Information Technology. From the academic year 2012-13, the second shift has been introduced with an intake of 60 students in the Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering branch each. M.Tech in Digital Communication is also offered in first shift.

Global Institute of Technology, (GIT) enjoys the privilege of being the first private engineering college in North India to be accredited with an A grade by NAAC- UGC.
Hence, the establishment of Global Institute of Technology (GIT) in 2002, Global College of Technology (GCT) in 2010, GIT II shift in 2010 and GCT II shift in 2012.

Highlights

Kota listed GIT in Top Five Engineering Institutions of Rajasthan among all Engineering institutions affiliated to RTU, with QIV Ranking 663.
