Alwar Institute of Engineering & Technology was founded under the aegis of IET Group of Institutions, pioneer and leaders in professional & technical education in Rajasthan. IET Group of Institutions under the able leadership of Dr. V. K. Agarwal, the visionary and an educationist parexcellence has set high standards for quality education. Visualizing the contemporary requirements for sound technical education in the growing Indian economy, Dr. V. K. Agarwal, the Chairman, MBBS, DCH, MBA (U.K.), along with Dr. Manju Agarwal, Executive Director, (MBBS, MBA) have set new standards, given new dimensions to professional & technical education for more than a decade.

IET Group of Institutions takes the pride for spearheading the educational revolution in Rajasthan by pioneering the establishment of the first Private Engineering institute in the state of Rajasthan in 2005.We take the distinction of having NBA accreditation in five branches (Ist & only one in Rajasthan) in the first institute set up by the group, i.e., Institute of Engineering & Technology, Alwar.At AIET, we provide B.Tech. courses in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering & Bio-Medical Engineering and Post-Graduate course in Business Management. The institute provides excellent environment for co-and-extra-curricular activities and for self-governance.
