The KCC Institute of Technology & Management includes a well-established coaching & Placement Cell, that provides a structured interface with the surroundings company and ensures student placement. Here, all the students undergo in-depth coaching programs to enhance their confidence and increase their hold in effective communication. The well-experienced faculty members organize various industrial visit &  Corporate Training Programmes for the professional development of the students. The placement cell also conducts a lot of in-house mock interviews that help in identifying the student’s weak areas. Special grooming sessions are also conducted for the improvement of the student's communication skills, presentation skills, corporate dressing etc.
